Class Details!

Once you pay for the program, we will send you the "Welcome Letter and Important information" email within 24 hours of payment. Once you receive that email you're able to get started with the program right away, no need to wait for a new session to start!

The program is a total of 75 hours, and is completely self paced. You can complete the program in as little as three weeks, or you can take as long as you'd like!
-43 hours completed online (MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE YOU CAN SCHEDULE YOUR LAB AND CLINICALS)
-16 hours of skills lab completed in one of our classrooms
-16 hours of clinicals completed in one of our clinical affiliate locations

Scheduled clinical hours will be canceled if a student no shows for any lab hours.

You will need navy blue scrubs for clinicals

-Student must provide their own!

YOU MUST TURN IN YOUR COVID VACCINATION RECORD, CPR CERTIFICATION, FLU SHOT RECORD (REQUIRED OCTOBER 1ST 2024-APRIL 30TH 2025), AND TUBERCULOSIS SCREENING BEFORE YOU CAN START YOUR CLINICAL HOURS! (A drug screening is done with us when you come in for your lab hours for no extra cost).

**We do have clinical sites that allow medical or religious exemptions for the covid and flu vaccination.
-Medical Exemption: Signed by an advanced practice nurse, a delegated physician assistant, or physician licensed to practice medicine or osteopathic medicine.
-Religious Exemption: A request for a religious exemption must be about religion. It is not about personal or philosophical beliefs, medical reasons for not wanting the vaccine, or legal objections to vaccine mandates.

Once you complete the program,

you can schedule your state exams!

$50 for the written exam

$95 for the skills

These fees are paid to the state when scheduling.

(state exam fees are not covered in Voyager tuition)

If you fail an exam, you must pay for each attempt.

 

Payment Plan Details!

The total of the program is $599.00 (for the sale). We now offer a payment plan.
The payment plan is set up to be completed automatically within two months. However, if you complete the program faster than that, we will be requesting the second payment before you can attend labs, and the final payment before you attend clinicals.

The initial payment to start the program is $233.00. Then the second payment $191.99 is due after you complete the online portion/before you can attend labs. The 3rd and final payment $191.98 is due before you can attend clinicals.

To pay using the payment plan, just click on the blue button "Payment Plan Partial.ly" after adding the program to your cart!

If using a bank account to make the down payment, these payments take 5-7 business days to receive acknowledgment of their success or failure from the customer's bank. While the payment may have left the customer's bank account, Voyager has not received it yet. The payment will pend until Stripe receives the payment. Once the payment clears, the plan will be opened, and Voyager will send your welcome email.
